Creative Therapy
In creative therapy I will use tools such as crystals, Russian dolls and tarot or angel cards to help you describe and think about complex feelings or family dynamics or create a bridge to thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
The length of sessions are flexible by arrangement.
Creative therapy is £45 per hour.

Walk and Talk / Outdoor Therapy
Many people feel much more comfortable outdoors.
These sessions can be arranged to be at Watchtree Nature Reserve, on the Solway plain six miles south west of Carlisle.
Outdoor therapy is £45 per hour.
